Spanish VIP Account Manager

Opis pracyBeing able to search and find for solutions of customers' issues Able to analyse customers' behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs Monitor customers' performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting Ensure that products' compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month) Official employment and full medical insurance, including in-patient / out-patient care, maternity, dental, and annual health check-ups; Starting from 20 / 26 paid leave days; 6 additional days of sick leaves without document required; Birthday gift cards; Sports card (Multisport); Wedding and newborn gifts; Team-building events and activities; Career growth opportunities; Sunny, spacious office.

Spanish VIP Account Manager
who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish both written and spoken
- Proactive person with good support / sales skills
- Worked in Sales / Account management for 1+ years
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Has an igaming industry experience
- Attention to details
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
