Your responsibilities
- Analysis of customer requirements in facility management - security, cleaning, technical management of buildings, project management
- Preparation offers & budgets for customers and potential customers
- Creation a solution and implementation of it
- Manage budgets and schedules of business projects
- Following of trends and market development
- Monitoring and regular reporting
- Participating in the preparation of marketing, business and sales strategy
