• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven experience in managing projects under different pricing models ( fixed price , time & material )
• Technical background (e.g. previous experience as a developer or strong technical understanding)
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework – ability to lead ceremonies and apply principles in practice
• Good understanding of Kanban
• Very good command of Jira – backlog management, estimations, reporting
• Experience in managing budget, scope, schedule, and project risks
• Ability to analyze and advise clients on system functionality (non-technical consulting)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – with both the team and clients
• Experience in one of the following industries will be an asset : e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, healthcare
