Requirements

General Requirements :

• Business-level Japanese (daily communication with Japanese customer), Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in the relevant engineering field
• Technologies may include : Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, MLflow, Pandas, SQL, Kafka, Cloud ML Services (AWS / GCP), LLMs
• Proven track record of working closely with customers across multiple SDLC stages
• Experience in or exposure to financial technology, banking systems, or fintech products
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cultures and time zones
• Self-driven and team-oriented with a strong quality mindset
• Candidate must be in EU or be eligible to work in EU
