Our Buying & Merchandising Department for our office in Warsaw (Poland) is looking for a

Buying & Allocation Specialist (f / m / d)

Your Responsibilities :

• Managing merchandise assortment in retail network (allocation, returns, transfers)
• Ensures the stock is at the required level in the stores (stock per m2, relevant customer offer)
• Manages automatic replenishment system
• Manages and realizes orders from the stores
• Analyses the sell-out data per store (rotation, sell-through, seasonal returns) and accordingly adjusts and optimizes assortment offer so that KPIs are met
• Shares reports with the stores to provide updates about Rotation, Sell-thru.
• Contacts the store / partners to share the information regarding promotions, deliveries, returns of the stock
• Ongoing support of stores in administrative and organizational aspect
• Track and maintain system activities (orders / deliveries) using a standard reporting from SAP
• Providing ad hoc analysis and support as required by line manager
