Opis pracyIdentify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value within allocated budget Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Ensure the project goals are achieved and establish a reasonable “Hypercare” period in order to monitor the stability of the result delivered Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring no cost overruns Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on their expectations Provide reports on project progress, problems, and solutions Use, promote and share best Project Management Best Practices Track project performance in regards with determined KPI Provide reports on project progress, problems, and solutions Organize and lead project status and working meetings Experience in managing IT projects is a must have Proficient in English for clear communication with team members, stakeholders, and partners Ability to lead and motivate others; empathize and understand different personality types Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment Familiarity with methodologies like PMI, PRINCE2, and Agile approaches Sensitivity to working in a political environment and interacting with senior leadership Knowledge of project-planning tools Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, vital for a highly visible position with substantial impact Effective influencing and negotiating skills in environments where direct control of resources may be limited Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Ability to develop and execute a project resource plan ensuring the right people are in the right place, doing the right things, at the right time Experience in an international and multicultural environment Ability to perform under pressure and manage critical and urgent situations Ability to deal with conflicts within the Project Team or “friction” with external stakeholders An office in a great location, close to the SKM station and a tram stop A modern office offering great features, including access to a rooftop terrace with a view Opportunity to work in an international company Open-access soft skills workshops Language classes during working hours Internal and external training sessions An environment that encourages the development of your ideas Team-building events (Summer Party, Christmas Party) Holiday gifts (prepaid cards and payroll bonuses) Holiday funds sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance flexible working time integration events holiday funds christmas gifts
