Procurement Direct Spend Specialist with Spanish or / and Portuguese – Lodz, Poland (hybrid work).

What will you be doing?

• Clarify demand specification with requester and provide guidance towards existing buying channels for indirect spend.
• Carry out spot buys by requesting supplier quotations, negotiate and prepare award decisions.
• Process transactional ordering based on framework agreements or spot buys by creating, changing, and releasing SAP purchase orders.
• Verify Purchase Orders against supplier confirmations.
• Provide procurement Helpdesk support to internal requesters on exceptional cases.
• Monitor supplier timeliness, conduct dunning (PO follow-up), and handle supplier complaints via SAP QM QNS.
• Initiate master data management (add / change supplier).
• Clarify PO / invoice mismatches.
