Company Description

Easy Start (Łatwy Start) provides Employer of Record (EOR) services to hire Polish IT talent without requiring a local entity. We manage payroll, tax compliance, and HR administration, allowing companies to expand in Poland seamlessly. Our international brand supports foreign businesses, while our local branch, Łatwy Start, aids Polish and CIS-based entrepreneurs. We offer fast onboarding, full HR support, and ensure compliance with local regulations to help businesses grow confidently in Poland.

Role Description

As a Sales / Account Manager at Łatwy Start, you will play a key role in building long-term relationships with international clients and specialists relocating to Poland.

You'll be the first point of contact for new leads — guiding them through our EOR (Employer of Record) services, explaining how we handle legal employment, tax optimization, and residence permits, and ensuring that each client experiences a smooth and professional onboarding process.

You'll collaborate closely with our coordination and legal teams to make sure that every client — whether a freelancer or a company — receives the right type of contract, documents, and ongoing support. This role combines consultative sales, account management, and client success, offering an excellent opportunity to grow in the international business environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients via email, phone, and messengers.
  • Identify client needs and present Łatwy Start's EOR solutions.
  • Manage and update the client database (CRM).
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts.
  • Collect and verify client documentation.
  • Coordinate the handover of new clients to internal account coordinators.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Empathy and ability to find the right approach to every client.
  • Fast response to incoming leads and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Polish language – at least B1 level.
  • Nice to have :

  • Student status (preferably in Poland).
  • Understanding of IT and / or international recruitment.
  • Knowledge of English and / or Ukrainian.
  • We offer
