Senior People and Culture Country Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Senior Generalist to join our team on a 12-month temporary contract who will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of assigned HR functions within the respective line of business / function / country.

The accountability spans from implementing HR operational strategies, analyzing people information and leading HR processes to proactively engaging in employee relations, executing employee development activities, and managing & implementing policies and procedures in support of the company culture

The deployment of all these responsibilities requires strong competencies and experiences in :

• HR Administration / payroll / labor laws
• Project Management, to support special project and organizational change
