• Prepare monthly / quarterly reports
• Manage customer requests effectively
• BuildsustainablerelationshipsandtrustwithBusiness throughopenandinteractivecommunication
• Followcustomerservicebestpractices,procedures,PPGguidelinesandpoliciesandlegalrequirements
• Maintainingapositive,empatheticandprofessionalattitudetoward customersatalltimes.
• GivefeedbackonKPI’s,teamresultsandopenactionsduringtheweeklyormonthlymeeting
