Supply chain Specialist with French
S&P Specialist with French - Lodz
Key responsibilities
- Work on activities related to supply chain process in aeronautics : PR analysis, PO management, quotes creation, export control licenses management, material sales management, material substitution, SO / STO, return order flow, delivery dates collaboration, delivery monitoring, missing parts management, dispute management
- Interact closely with Front Officer / focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates
- Stock level management in SAP system : stock optimization
- Document process documentation and standard methodologies
- Facilitate and / or participate in team and customer meetings
- To interact directly with Suppliers and clients for day-to-day work
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the performed processes
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Requirements
Knowledge of English and French at least C1 level - essential for client communication purposesExperience in customer facing roles or negotiationsWillingness to work with client (via phone / mail) and proactive approachAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with othersHandling multi and ad-hoc tasksAdditional experience or educational background in procurement / logistics / Supply Chain would be an assetSAP knowledge nice to haveWe offer to the candidates
