Job Overview
A leading global chemicals manufacturer is seeking an experienced Regional Manager – Marketing & Business Development to drive growth of its Rubber Grades (Carbon Black segment) across Europe, with a focus on Belgium and Germany.
The role involves leading sales strategy, managing customer and distributor relationships, and supporting technical development initiatives to position the company as a preferred supplier in the European market.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the global business leadership team in India, with support from a third-party payroll partner in Europe.
