We seek a Senior IT Project Manager to join our IT Project & Portfolio team in Warsaw, responsible for delivering complex ServiceNow platform programs, managing integrations and migrations, and driving change and adoption across the organization. Be part of a team that values creating one ServiceNow-based way of working that accelerates resolution, unlocks automation & AI at scale, and retires legacy complexity—delivering measurable service quality and sustainable savings. Lead multi-year platform programs using PRINCE2 stage-gate control in regulated financial environments Oversee ServiceNow ITSM delivery, tool consolidation, and ITIL operating-model design across CF / BUs Manage integrations, data migration, and system cutovers ensuring compliance, security, and auditability Drive organization-wide change, training, and communication to support adoption and standardization Identify automation and AI opportunities, track impact metrics, and steer vendor and executive governance 7+ years of IT project management experience with proven PRINCE2 or PMP experience leading complex IT transformations in regulated sectors In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and migration from legacy platforms (BMC, Jira) Strong technical acumen in data integration, migration testing, and cutover execution Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption programs Excellent command of English; German and Spanish is an advantage, with on-site presence at least three days per week in Warsaw sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events no dress code video games at work coffee / tea leisure zone extra social benefits holiday funds sharing the commuting costs employee referral program charity initiatives Employee Assistance Program Day for U (Day for Medical Checkup) My Benefit Cafeteria Udemy for Business meal allowance days for remote work from abroad fruits and popcorn in the office Christmas gifts
