Key Responsibilities :

• Support Program / Project Managers in tracking statuses of deliverables, milestones, and progress reporting.
• Provide consultancy on PMO standards, tools, methodologies, and compliance for new Project Managers.
• Ensure all deliverables and documentation align with the organizational framework.
• Assist in

budget preparation and financial reporting
