Opis pracyAt least 4 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in a mature organization. Strong experience in contracting and negotiation of legal and commercial terms. Knowledge of procurement tools such as Jaggaer and Coupa. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2). Strong relationship-building and business partnering skills. Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment. Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with procurement category teams and in-market teams to execute contracting projects and achieve savings targets.
- Manage the contracting process, understanding category-specific requirements and priorities.
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and contract types.
- Analyze contract negotiations and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports summarizing negotiations and provide recommendations.
- Manage contract administration, including renewals, new contracts, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with Global Category Leaders and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and optimize tool usage.
- Seek opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
