About The Role

Sector specialist F&B

position will lead the delivery of the KBS Solution catalog focused on the area knowledge services and achieving the appropriate financial and non-financial goals. Will provide technological support to the F&B sales department and work with industry specialists in the area (EAST). Frequent field work in food production areas.

Responsibilities

• Main responsibilities of a sector specialist in a defined sales area is implementation and execution of the KBS set of solutions for F&B customers.
• Leads timely generation of high-quality knowledge capital and case studies.
• Provides or coordinates support to large customers (Global or Key Regional) in coordination with Global Account team, Regional Sales teams, Regional KBS team.
• Collect Voice of the Customers and feedback the KBS team accordingly.
• Provides input for Product and Engineering innovation.
• Support the culture of innovation within F&B and lead identification and pursuit of opportunities Food and Beverage markets.
• Identify and address training needs and ensure F&B KBS personnel are consistently well trained.
• This is a highly visible position with overall responsibility for the delivery of F&B knowledge services programs in this area.
