to join our Key Account Team - Polish Market in our office in
Warsaw
- . In Poland we operate the domain and manage the community of , the biggest online shopping platform in Poland and top affiliate in the local industry. As KAM Team we focus on the commercial side of the business, negotiating higher commissions, exclusive voucher codes, and market leading deals with global players like Allegro, Lounge by Zalando, MediaMarkt, as well as local SME brands.
Your contributions will help shape how millions of consumers interact with our platforms, guiding them to make smart, fair, and rewarding choices.
Responsibilities
Manage and build relationships within a portfolio of top and medium sized brands in the Polish market across Kupony and community domainDrive results amongst partners by consulting their needs of the couponing / deals channelWork creatively with our partners to fulfill their immediate and wider business goalsPrepare campaign reports and analysis for effective long-term growthCollaborate with other departments as well as with colleagues from other countriesWork strategically with the editorial teams to promote brand partnersRepresent the company at industry events and any other additional duties as and when requiredYour Profile
Around 2 years of work experience, preferably in (affiliate) marketing / sales / account management / partnership managementDedication, self-motivation, and able to work both independently and in a teamFlexibility & adaptability, able to work and shift priorities based on business needsAnalytical skills - you learn fast and feel comfortable with using varied business intelligence toolsIntercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisationExcellent Polish language skills and fluency in written and spoken EnglishLast, but not least : you hate overpaying, are a discount-driven consumer. You know that online shopping can be both smart and fun.
