Devire Outsourcing IT  is a form of a partnership dedicated to  self-employed IT specialist , executing projects for our Clients - leading IT Companies bringing innovations and the newest resolutions to market.

For our Client, an IT staffing provider from Germany, we are looking for  ServiceNow Consultant for a part-time project.  This role is responsible for supporting customers in the successful implementation and use of ServiceNow, including configuration, tailoring, and coaching to meet their unique business requirements of the projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT engineering or equivalent in additional years of experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as IT developer experience on ServiceNow, Platform Management and ITSM knowledge and experience, certifications are preferred.
  • 3 years’ experience in consulting external customers.
  • Experience with relational DB model and related technologies.
  • Experience with JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, AJAX.
  • Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Unix shell.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and SSO technologies
  • Experience with legacy systems, batch files, web services (SOAP and REST).
  • Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3.
  • Highly focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to switch between multiple tasks / projects / contexts.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform and support complex development approaches in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Implement complex functionalities to meet customer requirements using the front-end and back-end capabilities of ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, whether on cloud or on-premises (ex : SSO, SAP, other ITSM applications, etc.), using technologies like SOAP and REST Webservices, JDBC, LDAP, etc.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Be a coach / mentor to ServiceNow Technical consultants.
