The Inside Sales Engineer turns RFQs to Orders by smartest technical and commercial demonstration of our solution to customer and following up till order is received to ensure all objections of the customer are addressed.

Develops and maintains customer dedication by growing and strengthening the relationship; assists customers by identifying, offering and selling the best solution for their application;

provides commercial and technical support while aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service in accordance with the Think Customer principles

In this role, your responsibilities will be

  • Pre-qualify customer requests for quotation to understand their requirements and explore opportunities for additional products or services
  • Collaborate with Outside Sales to establish sales strategy
  • Size and select the products and technical documentation according to the specifications and application, taking into consideration the customer’s lead-time and budgetary requirements
  • Prepare and send quotations that are on-time, technically accurate, commercially verified and offer the best all-round solution demonstrating how our product will benefit the customer better than anyone else’s
  • Pro-active follow-up of quotations with the goal of winning the order
  • Respond to customer’s commercial and technical questions (phone and e-mail)
  • Adhere to frame agreements, pricing agreements, legal and trade compliance requirements
  • Verify that purchase orders are in accordance to the offered financial and technical proposal and resolve any technical-related issues that occur during the order cycle
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales offices and factories
  • Document customer satisfaction feedback in CRM, following-up as appropriate
  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of products, applications, industry processes competitive positioning and business processes
  • Ensure activities are carried out according to agreed departmental KPIs and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM and other tools as required
  • Attend meetings with customers and / or field sales and sales meetings as required

For This Role, You Will Need :

  • Technical University degree
  • 2 years experience in sales support engineering
  • Languages : English, Polish advanced level (mandatory)
  • PC skills : MsOffice, Internet

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

  • Interest and experience in a technical field and sales - supported by the theme of the diploma thesis, internships, etc. would be a plus
  • Knowledge of other European languages (French / German / Italian / Spanish) is a plus :
