Work efficiently in a multi-customer and multi-project environment, balancing between different requirements, priorities, and operating models.
Partner with clients to understand their compensation strategies and objectives, offering guidance for the SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Design, configure, and implement customized compensation solutions within SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing support for any compensation-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of compensation data
Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors in the relevant modules
Extensive and in-depth development knowledge in the Compensation SF Module
Experience in implementation projects represents an advantage
Interface configuration from SAP SuccessFactors to SAP R / 3
Good understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices
Valid SAP SuccessFactors module certification would be preferred but it’s not a mandatory requirement.
