People Advisory Specialist
We are looking for a People Advisory Specialist. This position is dedicated to providing support for organizational people management and deploying people-related programs and processes within a specific business unit. You will act as a Practice People Partner, assisting Managers and Leaders with all EPAM HR initiatives.
The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Poland Primary People Partner to develop and carry out location strategies for assigned units in Poland
- Support a variety of HR activities, including employee experience, motivation, retention, and performance development, beginning with oversight and moving toward independent management
- Collaborate with the core leadership team to bring business insights into daily HR practices
- Assist unit management in evaluating local programs and frameworks to ensure compliance with Polish labor regulations
- Help organize and participate in town halls and unit events, encouraging employees to engage in office-based initiatives
- Work with the Shared Service Center and coordinate with various stakeholders on a range of HR topics
Requirements
Background in supporting HR functions within a technology or commercial environmentMinimum of 2 years in a People Management or HR advisory roleCapacity to perform well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectivelyStrong interpersonal abilities to build trust, nurture relationships, and offer timely, thoughtful guidanceEnergetic, proactive, confident, and positive approachFluency in EnglishSolid understanding of Polish Labor Law, with practical experience in HR processes such as onboarding, feedback, assessment, engagement surveys, retention activities, and salary review considered an assetWillingness to work from the office two days per week in one of the following locations : Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, or WarsawWe Offer
