Opis pracyExcellent multitasking skills Ability to manage confidential information Ability to prioritize tasks and to work well under pressure Mindset for continuous learning and personal development Flexibility for getting cross trained on different processes Coordinate the employee life cycle, hire to retire processes in Germany Coordinate and follow-up with relevant stakeholders Deliver other administrative and ad hoc HR activities Handling escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions Reporting : Regularly updating senior management on project progress and the team Manage team performance, motivating the team and representing the team to senior management Monitor and meet respective SLAs and KPIs Contract of employment - indefinite period employment contract after probation period. As TCS, an international IT and SSC / BPO company we are launching an exciting new project for a key client from the manufacturing industry and seeking an ambitious Team Leader to guide work force administration, L&D and reporting helpdesk team (up to 10 associates). The ideal candidate will be responsible for covering processes across German speaking markets.
Requirements and qualifications :
- 7-9+ years of experience in HR department as administrator or coordinator
- Prior experience in team management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in German and English
- Experience in HR Shared Service domain. Industry specific experience would be added advantage
- Experience on country regulations in Germany - strongly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferable experience on SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, Service Now
- Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage
- Learning & Development experience is preferrable
