About the project
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Director to lead assigned sales teams. This is a senior executive role with full responsibility for sales activities, including revenue, gross margins, pipeline development, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership with proven success in building and scaling markets across Poland and Europe. A critical part of the role will be to drive a sales transformation — shifting from a staff augmentation model toward complex solutions and project-based selling.
The Sales Director will be instrumental in initiating and strengthening customer relationships on senior levels and ensuring sale excellence across existing markets and the designated business area.
Our expectations
- 10+ years of proven senior sales leadership in IT services / consulting.
- Track record of international business development and building markets.
- Experience leading sales transformations from staff augmentation to solutions / project-based sales.
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility for revenue and margins.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree.
- Fluent in Polish and English, plus at least one additional European language.
Key Responsibilities
Drive leadership & strategy for the assigned area.Define and execute the sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams.Establish sales governance, forecasting discipline, and performance management.Hold full accountability for achieving revenue and shared responsibility on margin targets.Generate senior level leads through networking and existing network in medium to large sized companies in Poland.Set and enforce pricing and commercial policies to ensure profitability.Drive value-based sales to increase margins and customer lifetime value.Market Expansion
Lead business development in the designated area.Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers.Identify new verticals and partnership opportunities to diversify growth.Sales Transformation
Continue the transition from staff augmentation to solutions and outcome-based selling.Introduce modern sales processes, tools, and methodologies (solution selling, consultative approaches).Coach and upskill sales leaders and teams operate at enterprise solution level.Collaboration & Alignment
Work closely with Service, Tech, Delivery, Solutions, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment from pipeline to execution.Represent Sales at the executive level, reporting directly to the COO.Act as a cultural role model for collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.What We Offer
