Opis pracy

We are the Application Map & Location Referencing (Keystone) team within TTI Platforms, a part of Traffic and Travel Information (TTI). TTI empowers carmakers and enterprises to deliver always-accurate, up-to-date travel information.

Keystone provides an in-memory, optimized version of the TomTom Orbis map for TTI systems. We also deliver libraries (map loader), tools (Location Referencing libraries, TMC packages), and support (including OpenLR) to internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Manage your team to execute against project plans and delivery commitments. Identify risks, define corrective mitigation actions, and report to higher management.
Own the complete software development lifecycle; defining, prioritizing, designing, and leading implementation and testing of new features.
Own all business and operational support and metrics for your team’s software.
Enable and support your team members to maximize their potential. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the way of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Translate customers’ complex functional and technical requirements into technical solutions and define your team’s charter and roadmap based on it.
Set up your team for innovation; define new ideas and investments contributing to the future of map-making, in collaboration with the team’s PM.

What You'll Need

2+ years of experience as a people manager, including planning, tracking, and reporting on execution. Passion for people management and mentorship.

5+ years of experience as a software developer.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, physics, or a related technical discipline.

Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Ability to break down complex concepts into easily understood frameworks and models.

Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical stakeholders.

What's Nice to Have

Experience using Cloud Providers (Azure preferred; AWS is a bonus).

Experience using the Orbis Platform, e.g., working with Layers including Specification, Release process, Q&A.
