Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior across websites and digital products (using tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.).
- Plan, run, and evaluate A / B tests; develop and implement data-backed hypotheses to improve conversion rates.
- Optimize the sales funnel — from the first click to purchase or lead submission.
- Create and interpret KPI reports (CTR, CVR, Bounce Rate, LTV, and others).
- Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers, marketers, and developers.
- Use analytics to build and continuously refine CRO strategies.

2+ years of experience inCRO
