Technical Sales Manager

Overview

As a Technical Sales Manager, you are responsible for promoting the full range of Campus’s products and technologies, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy across your assigned territory. You play a key role in driving sustainable growth for both Campus and its customers by leading all sales efforts with precision and purpose. At the same time, you act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding and enhancing the company’s image in the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Campus functional products and technologies, the reference market, and its key stakeholders—including customers, competitors, retailers, distributors, and regulatory bodies—as well as underlying market trends and dynamics
• Define and align with Top Management on a focused and actionable commercial strategy for the assigned territory
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships, ensuring the successful execution of commercial agreements in line with company guidelines
• Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, identifying and managing growth opportunities across the territory
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and achievement of annual budgets; monitor performance and take corrective actions when needed
• Leverage the CRM system as a central tool for sales management, and collaborate effectively with internal functions such as Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, and Sampling to resolve issues and drive results
