For our Client, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional New Business & Distribution Manager to drive growth and market expansion across designated region (Poland and neighboring countries) in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector. This standalone role is ideal for a self-starter with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of the IVD industry, and proven success in building and managing distribution networks.
Responsibilities
- identify and onboard new distributors and commercial partners in assigned international markets,
- develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new IVD products from scratch, including market analysis, pricing, and product positioning,
- drive new business development initiatives across target regions, expanding the company's footprint and increasing market share,
- manage day-to-day relationships with distribution partners : performance tracking, sales support, contract negotiations, and compliance monitoring,
- collaborate cross-functionally with international teams (marketing, regulatory, supply chain, product management) to ensure effective product launches and ongoing support,
- monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform business strategy,
- provide sales forecasts and regional business reports to senior leadership,
- participate in occasional international travel (up to 20%) for partner visits, trade events, or internal meetings.
Requirements :
minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the In Vitro Diagnostics or broader Medical Devices industry,proven track record of building distribution channels and launching new products in international markets,strong understanding of regulatory and commercial dynamics in the IVD sector,excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - able to manage partners remotely and drive performance without direct authority,comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment,previous experience working in international teams,fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken), other languages are a plus,Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.We offer :
