Opis pracyMicrosoft Dynamics Microsoft SQL Server At NATEK we are looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to join our customer and support in analytical, reporting, and integration projects. We are seeking someone with a strong background in both data analysis and business processes, who can effectively translate user needs into clear and efficient reporting solutions. Analyze business needs related to data analytics and reporting Design, develop, and optimize reports and dashboards in Power BI Connect data from various sources (SQL, Excel, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, API, etc.) Build data models and write advanced DAX formulas Participate in implementation projects of reporting solutions for clients Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and end users Conduct Power BI training sessions and workshops Support end users and troubleshoot ongoing reporting issues Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Power BI (report creation, data modeling) Practical knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ETL tools Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of data visualization principles and storytelling in reporting Long-term cooperation based on our values : education, partnership and responsibility, Work on projects dedicated to the world's largest brands, Possibility to exchange experiences in an international environment and develop projects implemented in Poland or other countries : Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Working in a modern environment with innovative technologies, Flexible working hours, Private medical care, Multisport or My Cafeteria card, Life insurance, NATEK loyalty Club, Opportunity to join a socially responsible community and participate in company initiatives, For contractors - entitlement to 23 additional days of service provision per year, An additional paid day off for volunteering for salaried employees. sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time integration events employee referral program extra leave
