Job Description
We are looking for a
Channel Operations and Performance Specialist – Industrials, Installers and Distribution
to support the
Regional Channel Manager B2B & Installer Eastern Europe
in driving operational excellence and business growth across Eastern Europe.
In this role, you will analyze performance data, coordinate initiatives, and ensure the consistent execution of partnership programs and sales activities across both B2B and Installer channels. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to enhance collaboration, improve tools and processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Analyzing sales and performance data across B2B and Installer channels and identifying improvement areasCreating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical materials (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)Ensuring proper implementation and follow-up of partnership programs, identifying gaps and proposing improvementsSupporting the Channel Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking sales initiatives across the regionFacilitating cross-department collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teamsDeveloping and updating working instructions, guidelines, and best practices for sales teamsSupporting coherence of marketing and sales activation campaigns (push / pull)Participating in projects related to CRM usage, process improvement, and tool optimizationOrganizing community meetings, trainings, and best-practice exchanges across the region.Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business analysis rolesProven experience in a coordination or business support position within a commercial organizationSkills & Competencies
Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with the ability to draw actionable insightsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProcess-oriented mindset with a "helicopter view" and attention to detailProficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of multi-channel business dynamics and sales processesStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsSelf-driven and comfortable working independently while managing multiple prioritiesFluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of an additional Eastern European language is an advantageAdditional Information
