Opis pracyWe’re looking for a Junior Developer to join our on-site team in Warsaw. You’ll support technical and marketing operations for innovative, scalable projects (details under NDA). This is a role ideal for someone early in their dev journey but eager to grow fast. Collaborate on building and maintaining web applications using Next.js and Supabase Write clean, modular, and maintain code following best practices Support and improve existing features and components Assist the marketing team with technical implementations (e.g., form integrations, microservices, landing pages) Build and style user interfaces using Tailwind CSS Work with PostgreSQL databases at a basic level Participate in daily team meetings, share progress, and contribute ideas and solutions Take ownership of tasks and continuously improve technical skills Cooperate closely with the project and marketing teams to implement new features and technical solutions Excellent English Basic experience with Next.js and Supabase Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and PostgreSQL is a plus Ability to write modular, scalable code Good communication skills and independent mindset Willingness to assist marketing workflows from a technical angle Availability to work on-site in Warsaw Self-starter with a structured approach to time and task management, ensuring efficient project execution Collaborative team environment Central Warsaw office Real product ownership and hands-on impact Access to modern tools and workflows Flexibility in daily schedule (on-site required) Opportunity to grow in AI, web development, and marketing tech sharing the costs of professional training & courses corporate products and services at discounted prices integration events no dress code coffee / tea
