Job Introduction

Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to optimise our Route to Market in Eastern Europe & the Nordics and to work with a dynamic, high priority, and fast-growing portfolio of brands? Brands like Glenfiddich, The Balvenie, Monkey Shoulder and Hendrick's Gin! We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to develop and lead the delivery of the Eastern Europe & Nordics Route to Consumer (RTC) agenda and execution plan. This role will leverage market maturity assessments and align with agreed-upon priorities to enhance specific RTC capabilities

Main Responsibility

Distributor Management : Partner with the commercial leads to ensure RTC executional KPIs are set in the budget, aligned to growth plans and against data standards.

RTC development : ensure RTC development plans are aligned to market strategy and maturity assessment outcomes. Identify clear objectives and govern delivery of objectives. Build distributor partners understanding of the mutual benefits of RTC and adapt RTC frameworks and tools to integrate into distributor operating models as required.

Commercial excellence : deploy and embed tools and process to optimise efficiency and effectiveness in the activation of our brands. Increasing the scale of our in-outlet execution.

Leadership : act as a valued partner to commercial leadership teams ensuring WG&S RTC standards are deployed effectively to deliver mutual value.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our Ideal Candidate is a strategic commercial leader with a proven track record in Route to Consumer or similar commercial roles. They possess strong analytical and distributor management skills alongside cultural awareness, and fluency in English. With exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and experience guiding cross-functional teams - this individual can build alignment across stakeholders and drive RTC improvements. Their expertise in interpreting market maturity assessments will enable them to craft and execute strategies that enhance consumer engagement and optimize growth in the market.
