Team / Role Overview

Our organization owns application support at Citi for Services, Markets, Banking and Functions (SMBF), through our global and diverse team of over 3000 people positioned across 66 cities in 37 countries supporting ~1800 applications. The SMBF Production Management organization provides business critical application management and support to our SMBF clients globally.

Within Production Management sits the Optimisation and Enablement (O&E) function which is positioned to drive efficiency and standardisation across all layers of the organisation. This role sits within the Service Maturity Data and Analytics (SMDA) which is part of O&E. SMDAs mission is to enable optimisation of Production Management services through the definition and measurement of key work drivers powered by an Analytics Centre of Excellence (ACE).

What You'll Do

This role will report into the SMDA lead and will be responsible for delivering measurable and impactful change across in advancing our analytical capabilities. The role will be "hands on" and the successful candidate will be very technically astute across a broad set of Technologies. The role will involve work planning , data hygiene and the creation of advanced analytical insights and visualizations working within a SCRUM methodology using sprints tracked in JIRA . The right candidate will have the opportunity to own and deliver key pieces deliverables work using technologies such as Tableau . Innovation is a key driver and as such persons with an inquisitive technical mindset will thrive. Success in this role will be measured through the delivery of impactful and positive change.

The role will require someone with proven organization, planning and execution skills working in an Agile approach.

• Data Analysis

• Sprint Planning and Coordination
• Day to day oversight across all work logged in JIRA
• Involvement in forthcoming AI initiatives
