Responsibilities
- Supporting customers in understanding and effectively using platform features
- Holding regular check‑ins or review calls to maintain ongoing contact and ensure satisfaction
- Handling customer requests and inquiries through various communication channels
- Recommending relevant features or improvements based on customer goals and challenges
- Monitoring customer activity and engagement using internal tools
- Ensuring customers remain active, satisfied, and supported in adopting new features and capabilities
- Acting as the voice of the customer across internal teams (Product, Support, R&D)
- Reporting recurring issues or trends to inform product improvements
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with all relevant customer interactions
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success within the IT sectorStrong multitasking and organizational skills to manage a large volume of accountsAbility to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical usersComfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentProficiency with CRM systems and cloud‑based tools like Google WorkspaceFluency in Polish and English is required; Spanish or Italian is highly desirableA customer‑oriented mindset with a reactive, problem‑solving attitudeCuriosity about AI and experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to boost productivityWhat We Offer
