Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a talented Online Programmer to join our team and help shape the foundation of our next-generation AAA experiences on our new IP.

We’re open to a range of experience levels. Whether you\'re a Senior Online Programmer ready to step into broader ownership, or an experienced Principal who’s already led the development of complex online systems, we’d love to hear from you. We’re building our multiplayer foundation from scratch, and the scope of the role will be shaped by your background — from hands-on systems design to technical direction and mentorship. What matters most is strong engineering expertise, interest in shaping something new, and the ability to collaborate with a highly skilled team across disciplines. You will drive innovation developing the multiplayer components of our engine and workflows, focusing on performance, scalability, and rapid iteration . You will collaborate with gameplay and design teams in order to push boundaries of what’s possible in online games.

You’ll help us…

• Architect and implement high performance network code solutions for client and server game logic
• Develop networking code to interact with backend systems and online services
• Partner with the engineering and design teams to build networked gameplay systems
• Optimize and debug game network traffic
• Provide insight and mentorship to gameplay engineering teams on best practices for use of online systems you build and support
