We're seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive (IT / Software) to generate new business and collaborate with both existing and new partners in the insurance market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and deep understanding at the intersection of insurance and software solution providers.

Reports to : Senior Executive / C-suite
Major Duties / Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business opportunities.
- Lead and personally execute sales activities from initial contact through to deal closure, including engaging prospects both face-to-face and electronically, and participating in conferences and marketing events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects, decision-makers, and insurance industry experts.
- Conduct Client demonstrations and prepare detailed quotations and proposals that fully meet client expectations.
- Adhere to corporate procedures and guidelines for quotation review, taking responsibility for the scope, accuracy, and approval of proposals.
- Clearly articulate the overall value proposition as well as the specific features and benefits of our core software products.
- Forecast sales activities and revenue achievements.
- Consistently achieve target sales volumes.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the application, its underlying technology, existing product functionality, features, and consulting services.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, and other events to generate new business leads.
- Provide feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Network with industry leaders, vendors, and competitors, and actively participate in industry forums.
Ensure transparency and accountability at key stages of the sales cycle.
Qualifications
Proven track record of 5+ years of successful sales experience in insurance SaaS or Insurtech (required). Please note : Experience solely as an insurance agent is not sufficient for this role.
Requirements
