Senior AI & Java Engineer

to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who excels in developing intelligent, scalable systems and enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in building next-generation B2B SaaS solutions that power secure and seamless financial transactions worldwide.

You will work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office) from our locations in Cracow, Wroclaw or Warsaw.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and deploy AI agents using GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks
• Build agentic workflows and tools in multi-agent environments
• Design and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MySQL
• Author and maintain APIs, ensuring performance and scalability
• Apply test-driven development practices and conduct code reviews
• Support CI / CD pipelines and deployments across development, staging, and production
• Troubleshoot production and security issues
• Participate in architecture design and documentation
• Write and optimize database queries and fix bugs in existing codebases
• Contribute to large-scale application design and deployment procedures
