Overview
ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of CX Specialist with Dutch– Non Prime orders. The Non-Prime Order Responsible is responsible for managing customer orders related to non-prime materials, with a particular focus on downgraded FIP stock. This role involves processing orders accurately, coordinating with internal departments such as logistics and production, and ensuring a smooth order flow. Unlike prime material flows, the non-prime business is less service oriented than prime business, but must be optimized in terms of costs to valorize downgraded material.
Responsibilities
- Act as the direct point of contact for the commercial non-prime organisation, providing timely and accurate updates in multiple languages (written and oral). Question can vary : material status, delivery timelines, complaints.
- Manage non-prime stock : assign material to orders and unblock material in warehouses.
- Create and manage transport requests. Coordinate shipments via truck, rail or vessel. Liaise with external warehouses and transport services. Ensure dispatch of goods, taking into account costs and applicable guidelines.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer files, including administrative and logistical data.
- Ability to independently solve standard problems and work efficiently in a specific environment of non-prime business. More complex situations are handled in consultation with colleagues or supervisors.
- Proactively addressing credit limit exceedances, inventory management, and exception management.
- Taking responsibility for the customer portfolio and acting as a backup for the other non-prime order responsible during absences.
- Ability to handle changing market conditions and deviations from standard procedures (e.g., stock push, under deliveries).
