The role
We are looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Store Development Manager responsible for driving the physical expansion and enhancement of the brands retail network, with a strong focus on planning, executing and managing new store openings, relocations and refurbishments. The role requires close collaboration with leasing agents, landlords, architects, project coordinators and other teams to ensure that every retail location reflects the brands premium image, operational standards and customer experience goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage the Store Development departments – projects coordinators, architects & purchase
- Evaluate new retail locations aligned with strategic goals
- Plan effectively new projects
- Oversee entire store development cycle (design, approvals, purchase & construction)
- Prepare and manage project budgets and investments cases, track timelines and costs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the quality & budget
- Align with Retail, Planning and Marketing to ensure smooth store openings and readiness
- Support post-opening reviews and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into future projects
- Support the business by providing maintenance services for the stores
- Maintain relations with construction teams and suppliers
- Market search for new furniture and store equipment suppliers in Poland, Europe and China
- Cooperate strictly with HQ in Farum, Denmark
- Evaluate and drive Store Development operational performance
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar management position in retail development projects, preferably in fashion, lingerie or premium retailFamiliarity with working with various stakeholders both internally and externally.Understanding of the retail real estate market (shopping malls), commercial lease terms and construction processesStrong organizational and time management skills,Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines.Coordination and analytic skills are crucial for this role together with a service orientation and client-focused attitudeExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Ability to read architectural drawings.Fluent in English (minimum C1), Polish native or fluent.Driving license (cat. B), willingness to travel frequently.What we offer :
