Job description

Team Leader / Subject Matter Expert Payroll, Time Management & Benefits with German (Italian as an asset)

  • Handling Germany / Italian / Switzerland payroll
  • Maintaining / tracking / monitoring Time Management data for employees
  • Deliver other administrative and ad hoc HR activities
  • Manage team performance, motivating the team and representing the team to senior management
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Reporting : Regularly updating senior management on project progress and team
  • Monitor and meet respective SLAs and KPIs

Our requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance OR Business Administration
  • Proven experience min. 5 years + in payroll (pre- payroll, post payroll activities)
  • Hands on experience in German Payroll and rewards domain, specifically managing all areas within HR Transaction services scope
  • Excellent German verbal and written communication skills and good customer service skills, Italian will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office with a strong focus on Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to work well under pressure
  • Experience in HR Shared Services domain. Industry specific experience would be added advantage
  • Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist is desired
  • Mindset for continuous learning and personal development
  • Hybrid work and flexibility (2 days per week in the Warsaw office)
  • Flexibility for getting cross trained on different processes
  • Experience in working in SAP, Kronos system if preferrable
