3+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, with commercial Saa S products .

Proven track record designing complex dashboards, workflows, or B2 B Saa S interfaces .

Strong skills in Figma  (design systems, prototyping).

Understanding of UX research methods  and ability to apply insights.

Familiarity with designing for event-driven or data-heavy products  (analytics, pipelines, dashboards).

Knowledge of accessibility standards  and responsive web design.

Ability to collaborate with engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders.

Mandatory :  Portfolio with Saa S product case studies (not only marketing websites). Applications without a Saa S-related portfolio will not be considered.

Fluent in English and Polish.
