1. Financial Planning & Investment Strategy :
- Develop and manage financial models to assess project viability and long-term profitability
- Research and help secure external funding such as grants and subsidies
- Implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability
- Align financial planning with group’s finance department, ensuring integration with broader company objectives
2. Business Development :
Create business models and comprehensive business plans to guide new venturesIdentify market opportunities and conduct risk assessments3. Project Development & Execution
