The main task is supporting the portfolio of applications from L1 production support and configuration perspective. Coordination of application releases (PROD), testing and troubleshooting based on raised INC. Maintaining applications PROD environments healthy and up to date. Support of application manager with handling of the application compliance items.
Responsibilities
- Performance of L1 production support activities for supported portfolio of applications
- Management and process of L1 PROD INC related to supported applications
- Maintaining the PROD INC queue with focus on management for timely INC resolution
- Provides technical and business support for users and application managers of our Client Applications.
- Coordinates application PROD releases, testing and deployment into production.
- Coordination of COB testing and PROD applications and infrastructure maintenance
- Perform post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates.
- Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
- Analyzes applications to identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned in a concise and logical manner.
Qualifications
Around 2 years of experience in application production support or development areaKnowledge of software development lifecycleBasic understanding of technology platforms and infrastructure (Win / Linux / Weblogic / Websphere / SQL / Oracle / MQ / NDM)Understanding of information security aspectsExperience in project management area as project team member (Waterfall / Agile)Basic Business knowledge / understanding of financial markets and products will be a plusAbility to plan and organize workloadFluent English (min.
