Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Job description :

• Handle customer inquiries : e-mails and phone calls
• Support individual (B2C) and business customers (B2B)
• Deal with the following topics : complaints, inquiries regarding post-warranty repairs, and technical issues
• Explain non-technical customers how electronics devices work, what is inside the device
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and customer-focused manner to care about the quality of the service
• Input data, write quickly and clearly
