Consent and data processing
I consent to the processing of my personal data in order to participate in future recruitments by the Co-Controlers.
- I consent to the processing of my personal data beyond those permitted to be processed under the legal provisions set out in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code in order to participate in the recruitment contained in the enclosed CV.

- 4. Purposes, legal bases, and storage periods :
a. Providing an answer to your question asked via the electronic form placed on the website or in another form. Basis : Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent). Data stored until the final answer is provided and the correspondence is completed, but no longer than 2 months.
b. Conducting the recruitment process on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) if we receive more personal data from you than required by Art. 22(1) Labour Code. Period described in point 5 below.c. Conducting the recruitment process on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 22(1) Labour Code. Period described in point 5 below.d. Establishing cooperation after a positively completed recruitment. Basis : Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Storage : 10 years under Labour Code if employment contract; 5 years from the end of the calendar year of contract termination for civil law contracts.e. Fulfilling legal obligations to prepare and store documentation. Basis : Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data stored for the period required by accounting and contract documentation laws. Invoices and related records stored for up to 5 years from contract termination where applicable.f. Fulfilling legitimate interests of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data stored no longer than 5 years from the year cooperation ended, in accordance with applicable law.5. Processing time for recruitment :a. For participation only in the current recruitment : the data will be processed for the recruitment period, but no longer than 24 months.
b. If you consent to participate in future recruitment processes : data processed for 36 months from the date of commencement of the current recruitment.c. After conclusion of the agreement, data processed for 5 years for civil law contracts and 10 years for employment contracts.6. Data sharing :a. Entities authorized to receive data under the law (e.g., courts, legal protection authorities, administrative bodies, supervisory authorities).
