Job Description :

What would you do on a daily basis?

customer service regarding overdue payments

answering for clients' queries

other administrative tasks

We expect from applicants :

very good English (writing and speaking)

very good German, Dutch or French (writing and speaking)

knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian will be an additional advantage

good work organizational skills

problem solving and analysis

computer literacy

min. 6 month of employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
