Job descriptionImplement and Maintain Architecture : Establish and continuously refine platformand data architecture to meet evolving business and technical requirements. Technical Requirements & Blueprinting : Maintain and document technical architecture needs for development, execution, and operations, including detailed platform blueprints. Component & Integration Definition : Define platform and infrastructure components, interfaces, and integrations with external systems for seamless interoperability. Platform & Infrastructure Governance : Set standards and guidelines for designing, operating, and scaling platforms and infrastructure, ensuring consistency and best practices. Collaboration for Scalability : Work closely with product, platform, and project teams to ensure new technologies are compatible and scalable within the broader platform ecosystem. Robust Platform Architecture : Develop and maintain a platform architecture that supports seamless integration and scalability, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards. Security by Design : Oversee the design and implementation of security protocols within platform solutions, embedding security from the ground up to protect data integrity and privacy. Infrastructure Planning : Develop and maintain comprehensive infrastructure architecture plans that align with strategic goals, emphasizing scalability and security by design. Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities, drive innovation, and promote ongoing improvement. Education & Certification : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred); TOGAF or similar architecture certification strongly desired. Experience : Minimum 5 years in platform architecture or related field, with significant expertise in Modern Device Management (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Windows Autopilot) and large-scale environments (10K+ users). Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of platform / data architecture principles, corporate OS configurations, device security, and Microsoft environments (certifications preferred). Leadership & Governance : Proven ability to set and govern architecture standards, embed security by design, and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively. Project & Change Management : Excellent project management skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Vendor & People Management : Experience managing vendor relationships (e.g., HP, Apple, Dell) and people management experience is a strong advantage. Language & Travel : Proficiency in English (German / Polish advantageous); ability to travel up to 25% (up to 50% during peak periods).
