- Oversee end-to-end HR service delivery across several European countries.
- Lead a team of HR professionals responsible for :
- Payroll coordination and data validation (in partnership with external providers).
- Time & Attendance tracking and issue resolution.
- Benefits administration and vendor collaboration.
- Contract generation and mobility support.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and local regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalable service delivery models.
- Act as a key liaison for country HR teams, COEs, Finance, and external partners.
Employer requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations and service delivery leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (especially SuccessFactors), payroll systems (e.g., ADP), German payroll and data governance.
- Experience managing teams across multiple geographies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and German is essential; additional languages are a plus.
