We are seeking a senior finance leader and the internal product owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your dual mandate is to :

• Own the full global IFRS accounting, global tax, project‑cost, and management‑reporting cycle for a fast‑growing technology services business.
• Co‑lead the roll‑out, configuration, and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 BC, ensuring every finance‑relevant module is implemented, integrated, supported by the proper documentation, and used to best‑practice standards by the internal team.

You will build and coach a finance & accounting team (up to 5 people) and collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Delivery, HR, and IT.

Location : 100% remote.

Language : This role requires excellent written and verbal communication in English and fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
