About Our Team

You'll join a high-impact team that designs automated, data-driven solutions enabling intelligent risk management-covering collections, forbearance, early warning systems, and recovery. As an Expert Business / IT Analyst, you'll :

• Lead elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, with a focus on risk scenarios and decision logic.
• Translate business needs into clear source-to-target mappings and transformations within data mart architecture powered by Snowflake.
• Drive analysis and documentation to ensure requirements align with process models, Pega workflows, and data structures.
• Serve as a technical SME, mentoring the team on best practices, agile delivery, and end-to-end traceability.
• Model and optimize business flows using UML, BPMN, or similar, and validate with stakeholders iteratively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams—ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
