In this capacity, you'll draw upon your expertise in C#, (dot)NET, JavaScript, Web API, Web Apps, REST, SQL, HTML, and CSS to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Power Apps development, including Canvas apps and Model Driven Apps
• Education of a basic Power Platform, Power Automate, and Azure cloud features
• Sales / Customer Service Dynamics 365 OOTB modules functionality customizations
• Develop custom functionalities like plugins, workflows, and integrations as per the solution blueprint
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand functional requirements
• Work with the team to design and implement data migrations and integrations
• Implement unit testing
• Provide technical post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Assist in system updates, patches, and version upgrades
• Stay updated with the latest updates, features, and best practices in Microsoft Power Platform and MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team
• Identify potential technical challenges and devise solutions proactively
